Welcome to the House of Exceeding Joy (HEJ), a place where our faith comes alive in the heart of Lewisburg, Tennessee. 

In 2016, we received a prophetic vision and prayed for it in faith. It was in October 2022 that this vision became a beautiful reality as we acquired the property. In November 2022, we humbly opened our doors for the very first youth retreat, and since then, we've been on a remarkable journey of faith, love, and exceeding joy.

At HEJ, every element of our campus is meticulously designed to provide a sacred space for people to embark on the adventure of the Catholic faith. Our facilities are a testament to our dedication to creating an environment that fosters spiritual growth, community, and a deep connection with God.

 

 

 

Through the incredible generosity of our mission partners, we have been able to expand our capacity to offer a youth retreat center. Our aim is to reach out to the young souls who may be seeking fleeting happiness in the world, to show them the exceeding joy that can be found in Christ.

 

 

 

As a unique feature of our campus, we have an Animal Farm that enhances the experience at HEJ. This addition not only brings joy to our visitors but also serves as a beautiful metaphor for the harmony and unity we aim to cultivate among all who grace our grounds.
